Mr. Szabo has been in leadership roles, driving strategy and growth for highly technical software companies for more than twenty years. As CEO of Stone Bond, Mr. Szabo leads all aspects of the firm, from corporate strategy and finance to operations. His experience as a corporate executive at Exxon prior to involvement in information technology brings a serious business mentality to balance the high-tech trendy forces of leading edge technology companies. Mr. Szabo began his entrepreneurial journey in 1993 when he founded a very successful privately held consulting company that advised CEOs of international oil companies on strategy as well as analysis and implementation of information technology solutions that could support the recommended strategies. The gap in data integration needs and the tools to solve them drove his determination to solve that problem better than any product on the market. Mr. Szabo has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
- Pamela SzabóExecutive Vice President, CTO & Cofounder
Ms. Szabo is the primary architect of Enterprise Enabler. She has spent the majority of her career working with information technology, with experience ranging from technical programming, computer graphics, robotics, analysis, and design, through project management as well as the “softer” aspects of implementation work, including business process re-engineering and change management. As a result of several years focused study of integration requirements of information requirements of information systems for the energy industry, she became interested in making integration easily available to scientist, engineers, and data analysts without being dependent on a programmer. Her overall concept, architecture and philosophy have become Enterprise Enabler. Ms. Szabo holds a BS, summa cum laude, in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
- Tom SiegerSenior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development
Tom Sieger is the Vice President of Business Development for Stone Bond Technologies. In this capacity he is responsible for all business development, marketing and channel partnerships. Mr. Sieger has over 16 years of executive level leadership focused on accelerating the growth of privately held emerging software companies. Holding titles of Partner and VP of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at companies like Advanced Business Link, Penta, eCloudburst, and Telecorp, Mr. Sieger has built and managed executive level teams from the ground floor up through their acquisition. Mr. Sieger is an in-demand public speaker and has been invited to present at IBM’s Common and Partnerworld, JDE Focus. Mr. Sieger’s channel relationships with Accenture, EDS, IBM, Hardware Distributors and ISVs accelerates Stone Bond’s business development. Mr. Sieger holds a BS in Political Science.
- Adnan AhmadVice President, Product Development and Support
Adnan Ahmad is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Enabler research and development team at Stone Bond. Mr. Ahmad has over 15 years of experience in the Software Development and Consulting Industry. Prior to joining Stone Bond, Mr. Ahmad worked as an Architect on several large scale Enterprise projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Halliburton, BP, Merrill Lynch, and SunGard. He brings a wealth of experience building Enterprise Software using Agile Software Development, Integration, Testing and Automation methodologies. He has also co-founded and been on the advisory boards of several startup dot com companies in the Enterprise Integration and Data Management space. Mr. Ahmad holds a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
- Sharath PuttaChief Technical Advisor
With a primary focus to take Enterprise Enabler to the next level, Mr. Putta shapes the culture of innovation at Stone Bond Technologies as well as the future of our software. By possessing an in-depth knowledge of Data Virtualization concepts, Data Federation and Master Data Management, he has been able to increase the functionality and capability of Enterprise Enabler during his six year tenure at the company. As an IT professional with over 9 years in the industry, Mr. Putta’s vision for the future of Enterprise Enabler involves developing new features to broaden the scope of application of the product. “Access to data is power, and with that comes a responsibility to innovation and creativity to make things better for the future.” Mr. Putta graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University with a Bachelor’s of Technology in Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Scott ShadrachVice President of Sales
Scott is Vice President of Sales and brings more than 25 years of B2B commercial leadership and sales execution with a focus on helping enterprise-sized organizations discover and implement best-in-class business process improvement software and services solutions. He is passionate about driving efficiency with scalable, easy-to-deploy value-add enterprise technology enabling financial, business, IT, and operations executives to easily organize and align data and systems for making informed decisions to reduce costs, streamline data flow, and increase revenues. Most recently as VP of Sales North America for Amalto Technologies, a cloud-based enterprise Order-to-Cash solution provider, Scott grew the company through net-new customer acquisitions into the market leader for the enterprise Energy Services segment. Previously, Scott co-founded and led commercial efforts for an Austin, TX-based GPS Fleet Management SaaS solution provider that he subsequently sold to European private investors. He also held sales executive and commercial leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies such as Duke Energy and El Paso Energy. Scott holds a BS in Business Technology from the University of Houston.
